- DRS. NOTE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS AS WELL AS USE OF CARDIO AND WEIGHT ROOM
- Notes are required to participate in any Fitness Class or use the Fitness rooms. Fax note to (954) 724-4004.
- Aqua Arthritis Class is now held on Monday and Friday at 12:00 p.m. in the Indoor Pool. (Friday Class starts July 9)
- The 9:15 and 10:00a.m. Chair classes will continue to be held in the Palace.
- Two (2) New Fitness Classes Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 a.m.-11:45 a.m. in the Aerobics Room. This will start on Thursday, July 8, 2021.
- Tuesday class is QuikFix15x3. 15 minutes of Lower Body, 15 minutes of Cardio Blast. 15 minutes of Upper Body.
- Thursday Class is HIT Workout or High-Intensity Interval Training for all levels.
- Water Classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays are now 45 minutes. 11:00-11:45am.
Fitness Orientations on Equipment have started up again. If you are new, unfamiliar, or just need a refresher on the proper use of the Fitness Equipment call or come into the Fitness Office to set up an appointment, were happy to help.
