PLAY BALL FUN 30 MINUTE BALL WORKOUT, MEDICINE BALLS AND SQUISH BALLS USED TO ADD RESISTANCE, VARIETY AND EYE HAND COORDINATION.

DUMBBELLS ONLY: THIS IS MORE OF A HARDCORE WEIGHT TRAINING CLASS USING DUMBBELLS.  ALL MUSCLE GROUPS WILL BE ATTACKED AND EXHAUSTED. IF YOU WANT TO SEE CHANGE IN YOUR BODY THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU.

YOGA ON THE MAT:  YOGA POSES COMBINED WITH MEDITATION HELPS TO IMPROVE ON HOW THE BRAIN FUNCTIONS, AND REDUCES STRESS BY CALMING EMOTIONS. THIS PRACTICE HELPS TO DEEPEN OUR KNOWLEDGE OF THE MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT.

YOGA IN THE CHAIR: THIS CLASS HELPS TO INCREASE FLEXIBILITY, MUSCLE STRENGTH, AND RANGE OF MOTION. YOGA HELPS TO REDUCE STRESS AND ANXIETY. All MOVES CAN BE PERFORMED AT YOUR OWN LEVEL.  RELAXING, MEDITATIVE MUSIC.

9:30 OUTDOOR AQUACIZE: FULL BODY WORKOUT USING THE RESISTANCE OF THE WATER.  DUMBBELLS AND NOODLES MAY ALSO BE USED. GET INVIGORATED AND FEEL AMAZING AFTER 45 MINUTES OF CARDIO AND SCUJLPTING MOVES IN THE WATER.

AQUACIZE. NO SWIMMING SKILLS NEEDED. THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE RANGE OF MOTION, STRENGTH, MUSCLE TONE AND CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE WHILE USING THE RESISTANCE OF THE WATER, AS WELL AS AQUA DUMBBELLS.

EXERCISES ARE PERFORMED TO LIVELY, MOTIVATING MUSIC.

WATER PUMP:  EVERYTHING FEELS BETTER ONCE YOU ENTER THE WATER ENVIRONMENT. WATER PROVIDES CUSHION TO YOUR JOINTS, EASIER TO MOVE, AND YOU STILL GET INCREDIBLE BENEFITS AND RESULTS FROM THE RESISTANCE OF THE WATER. GREAT MUSIC TO MAKE YOU WANT TO MOVE.  WATER DUMBBELLS AND NOODLES MAY BE USED. THIS CLASS WILL SURELY BE A SUNDAY FUNDAY.

AQUA ARTHRITIS GENTLE FLOWING RANGE OF MOTION EXERCISES THAT DECREASE PAIN AND DEPRESSION.  BALANCE, MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND AEROBIC FITNESS WILL ALSO BE IMPROVED UPON IN THIS WARM WATER ARTHRITIS CLASS.
